LESSO New Energy Wusha Factory
LESSO New Energy Wusha factory is a modern new energy base located in Daliang Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China. With a total floor area of over 180,000m2, the factory and auxiliary facilities are equipped with eight intelligent production lines for PV modules, with an average annual production capacity of 6.4GW.
The factory's PV module production workshop is equipped with PV module automatic assembly line, scribing and string welding machine, busbar welding machine, laminating machine and other intelligent equipment. The production process adopts fully automatic intelligent production equipment, combined with advanced man-machine interactive software system and hardware system, has realised real-time control and supervision of information in the production process of PV modules, continuously optimises the process, improves the customised equipment conforming to the PV production, and tries to find out the high level model of the new generation of unmanned factory of the PV industry in the next 5-10 years.
We focuses on technological innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading, and is committed to building a leading new energy industry cluster in China. The factory is equipped with a PV module laboratory and a testing centre, which can carry out comprehensive testing and inspection of new energy products to ensure the quality and performance of the products.
