On November 26 (Beijing Time), LESSO Solar officially celebrated the grand opening of its new energy showroom in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. The Chairman of the LESSO Group attended the ceremony and presided over the ribbon-cutting, marking the establishment of a new brand presence in the East African market and another substantial advancement in the company’s global strategic expansion.
The ceremony was attended by the Chairperson and General Manager of V-NEKEY — our distributor in Kenya — the Managing Director of LESSO Group’s Overseas Africa Division, the Managing Director of LESSO Group, the General Manager of LESSO Solar’s Africa Region, and the Kenya Country General Manager.
V-NEKEY is a leading supplier of high-quality building materials in East Africa, specializing in imported products such as ceramic tiles, PVC ceilings, fiberboards, plywood, and hardware accessories. As an industry pioneer, the company excels in product innovation, economical design, and environmentally friendly solutions, offering diverse selections to meet regional construction needs. Since its establishment in 2011, V-NEKEY has experienced rapid growth and established a strong leadership position in the East African market.
The newly launched showroom is the first jointly developed brand and product experience center by V-NEKEY and LESSO Solar in Kenya. It showcases advanced products and integrated solutions across solar modules, residential energy storage systems, and solar applications. The showroom provides local customers and partners with an intuitive and immersive platform to explore cutting-edge technologies while reinforcing LESSO Solar’s commitment to supporting renewable energy development in Africa.
As a strategic focal point in LESSO Solar’s global expansion, Kenya plays a crucial role in the company’s international roadmap. LESSO Solar will continue strengthening its presence in the Kenyan market by building localized teams and delivering end-to-end renewable energy solutions—from project design and customized planning to technical support and full lifecycle services.
The opening of the Nairobi showroom is only one step in LESSO Solar’s ongoing global expansion strategy. The company will continue to broaden its overseas distributor network, deploy localized professional teams, and provide high-quality products and high-standard services to customers worldwide, further advancing its development philosophy of “global layout, local operation.”
